We source 100% of our seasonal fruits, vegetables, and artisanal goods directly from local farmers and producers in the Noosa hinterland and Sunshine Coast regions.
How do you ensure the freshness of the food during delivery?
All orders are packed in temperature-controlled, eco-friendly insulated boxes with non-toxic ice packs to ensure your groceries stay crisp and fresh until they reach your kitchen.
What are your delivery days and locations?
We currently deliver across the Sunshine Coast every Tuesday and Friday. Please enter your postcode at checkout to confirm if we service your specific suburb.
Can I set up a recurring weekly subscription?
Yes! You can choose the 'Subscribe & Save' option on our seasonal boxes to receive automatic weekly or fortnightly deliveries at a discounted rate.
What is your policy if I am unhappy with a product?
Quality is our priority. If any item does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will provide a full refund or replacement.
Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?
To maintain our commitment to sustainable transport, we require a minimum order value of $40 for all home delivery services.
